• 4 bedrooms inside the main house: 2 at the north end of the living room (1 ground floor, 1 upstairs), and 2 at the south end of the living room (1 ground floor, 1 upstairs)

• 1 upstairs family suite, reached by a spiral staircase located just outside the front door (the sofa in this suite may be made up into a single bed)

• all bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, laptop-size safe, wardrobe, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, air conditioning

• air conditioning is only available in guest bedrooms, operational at night, from 8pm - 9am
