Casa Cenzontle is Rancho San Eric's 1-bedroom home, perfect for a couple, or a family with one child.	The home is perched just past the tip of the first sand dune, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.	Casa Cenzontle features a beautiful oceanfront deck.
With al fresco dining for 4 and hammocks, it's a great place to relax and unwind.	The home also has an outdoor shower.	Just down the steps, on the beach, are chaise lounges and shade.
Just behind Casa Cenzontle is a shared pool, nestled in the ground's verdant gardens.	The pool has a shallow end that's perfect for children.	From the garden, the home's front door opens into the home's living and dining spaces, with the kitchen beyond.
The light and airy living room seamlessly merges with the outdoor deck--it's easy to watch a toddler play in the sand while relaxing in a hammock.	The sofa in the living area can also be set up as a single bed.	The equipped kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, Bodum coffee maker, dispenser of complimentary bottled water, kitchen utensils and tableware.
The bedroom features a king-size bed.	In the bedroom you will also find a laptop-size safe, ceiling fan and wardrobe.	The bathroom is just off of the living area and features shower stall, double sinks and complimentary toiletries from aloevida, made with organic aloe vera.

Casa Cenzontle, is the perfect getaway for a couple or a family with a small child or infant. It is set in the middle of lush gardens and is just steps from the beautiful powdery white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, making for a truly enviable location -- private and intimate, and away from the crowds, but within walking distance to easily to restaurants, shops, spa and yoga studio.

NOTE: there is a connecting passageway between Studio Buho and Casa Cenzontle next door, which can be opened when rented together, making these two units into one 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps a total of 5 guests.
